The Precise Tactivo mini for iOS is a multi-platform smart card and fingerprint reader designed for iOS devices using a Lightning connector, and is also compatible with Android devices. Connect Tactivo mini using the built-in micro USB port to a Windows/OS X computer and you can use the device as a regular desktop smart card reader. The pocket size reader is ideal to carry with you and use on multiple devices as needed.
The Precise iOS Toolkit enables developers to implement self-contained authentication or integrate with third-party identity managers and service providers, so Tactivo mini can be used with a virtually unlimited number of apps.
Supports U.S. smart card credentials including PIV, PIV-I, CAC, and TWIC, as well as the Precise Match-on-Card™ credentials used in many national IDs.
