The SCM SCT 3511 is a USB smart card reader from SCM Microsystems for contact and or contactless applications. The SCT 3511 is a USB Dongle form factor which reads/writes to SIM cards. The reader is ISO 7816 and RoHS compliant and supports ISO 1443 (Mifare) smart cards in ID-000 (SIM) format. The Reader can be used with a PC for Logical Access, or can be used autonomously for physical access, contactless electronic payment, contactless electronic ticketing, and more.
